TREATMENT AGAINST LIVER CANCER
According to data from the Spanish Society of Medical Oncology (SEOM), in 2017, 5,878 new cases of liver cancer were diagnosed in our country, especially in men and people over 50 years of age.
A type of tumor that, although sixth in frequency on a global level, corresponds to the second most lethal oncological disease. The reason for this high mortality is explained, in addition to the diagnostic delay, by the lack of effective treatments against this type of cancer. However, it is possible that antibiotics may play a very important role in their approach.
